X-ray of the teeth can reveal various diseases of the oral cavity. This method allows to detect cavities that damaged a tooth from the inside. The disease in this form is difficult to notice during a visual examination, but an x-ray can discover the affected area, if any.

X-ray of the jaw is also efficient for the diagnostics of pulpitis, tooth cysts, gum disease. Based on the received information, a doctor can choose the most efficient treatment.
